Hello, I am Kinjal Shah, a Counselling Psychologist and Psychotherapist based in Mumbai, India. I provide counselling and therapy services for all age groups and have worked with various mental health concerns for over 3 years.

At the core of my practice is the goal to guide clients in consciously cultivating overall well-being. Together, we work towards building an authentic spirit within you, unlocking the potential for a more meaningful and balanced life.

I employ an eclectic and holistic approach, rooted in cognitive, emotive and behavioral principles. This approach is designed to guide you towards positive transformations, fostering well-being and growth. Through a blend of therapeutic methods like REBT, CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and ecopsychology, my approach is tailored to empower you.

I have completed my Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology from Mumbai University and my Master's in Counselling Psychology from S.N.D.T. University. Additionally, I am trained in Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), from In-Vivo Centre, Mumbai and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) from Beck Institute, USA.
